In addition you may qualify for the Windows Phone 7 Offer:
Purchase $500 (ERP) worth of any Microsoft software though Open Business or Open Value (excluding Open Value Subscription) and you will be reimbursed for the purchase of a Windows Phone 7 device.
• Qualified Organizations will be responsible for entering into the necessary phone, voice, and/or data plans with their provider of choice.
• It is up to the Qualified Organization to purchase the Windows Phone from their provider of choice.
• Offer available from April 4 2011 – June 30 2011.
• There is no limit to the number of reimbursements for Windows Phone devices a Qualified Organization can obtain, as long as each device is associated to one $500 increment of qualifying Big Easy purchases
Windows Phone redemption process:
To receive a reimbursement for a Windows Phone device, an Qualified Organization must follow the steps below:
1. Purchase a minimum of $500 of software though Open Business or Open Value (excluding Open Value Subscription) of the Big Easy program. For every $500 spent, one Windows Phone device will be reimbursed. There is no cap for the Windows Phone reimbursements.
2. Once the Qualified Organization has purchased their Windows Phone device(s) they must submit a scanned copy or photograph of their receipt (using the phone) to bighelp@microsoft.com along with the 15 digit IMEI code on the back of the device (behind the battery) associated to each device.
3. The Qualified Organization will receive a cheque to reimburse the full amount paid within 6-8 weeks after submission
