8th Microsoft Competency and a Microsoft Partner Program top ranking!

Winnipeg, MB - January 25, 2008 - Broadview Networks announced that it has achieved another Microsoft Partner Program Competency - Security Solutions!

This competency award recognizes qualified Canadian Microsoft Partners who have developed identity and access management solutions based on Microsoft products and technologies. In order to qualify for this achievement, Broadview Networks staff first achieved technical certifications in Security Solutions, and then designed and implemented solutions based on skills and certifications in this area. Customer references close out the requirements for the competency designation and further qualify the Company's ability to deliver end-to-end security solutions.

Microsoft Competencies are designed to help differentiate a technology partner's capabilities with specific Microsoft-based technologies to customers looking for a particular type of solution. Each competency has a unique set of requirements and benefits, formulated to accurately represent the specific skills and services that technology partners bring to the industry.

The addition of the Security Solutions competency brings the company's Competency Program achievements to a total of eight (8), and the achievement places Broadview Networks near the top of the Microsoft rankings in the Partner Program. At the time of writing, only two other Canadian Partners have earned as many Microsoft Competencies.
