Broadview Helps Lakeshore School Division - Monday, November 15, 2010 The Interlake Spectator wrote an article titled, "Small computers make for big excitement."The writer Brody Jones states, "In 2006, Lakeshore School Division piloted a project at Eriksdale School where laptops were brought into the classroom instead of students going to a lab. The project is turning out to be a great success." Broadview Networks was the company behind the scenes assisting Lakeshore School Divion with this project. "Lakeshore is the only school division in Manitoba that ordered netbooks with touch screens. The screens are very beneficial to special needs students or students that may have trouble operating the touch pad." Read more here |
