Cisco Systems, Inc. is the worldwide leader in networking for the Internet. Today, networks are an essential part of business, education, government and home communications, and Cisco's Internet Protocol-based (IP) networking solutions are the foundation of these networks. In addition to hardware and software products, Cisco provides a broad range of service offerings to its clients, including award-winning technical support and advanced services. Cisco sells its products and services-directly through a network of channel partners-to large enterprises, small and medium-sized businesses, service providers, and consumers.
Cisco has been at the heart of many historic changes in technology, and that continues to be true today. Now, at a time when the technology industry is going through a period of dramatic change, Cisco is the market leader in multiple areas, such as routing and switching, unified communications, wireless and security. The company helped catalyze the industry's move toward IP and, now that it is fully underway, the company is at the center of fundamental changes in the way the world communicates.
Broadview Networks technicians have achieved CCIP, CCNP, and CCNA certifications.
As a Cisco Certified Partner we can help improve your business through internet business solutions and voice & data networking technology solutions. By ensuring high standards in technical expertise, Cisco certifications validate skill-levels among networking professionals thereby increasing their professional credibility in the industry. In particular, the CCIP certification validates individuals with competencies in infrastructure solutions in a service provider environment.
Cisco Certified Internetwork Professional (CCIP) is a professional certification covering the end-to-end protocols used in large scale networks. CCIP certification validates an individual's detailed understanding of the diverse networking technologies in the service provider arena, including IP routing, IP quality of service (QoS), BGP, and MPLS. CCIP candidates demonstrate skills in a range of functions from planning to troubleshooting service provider networks. The Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) is the middle ground of Cisco technical certifications. The CCNP is considered proof of having the ability to work with medium-sized networks (between 100 and 500 end devices) and with technology such as QoS, broadband, VPNs, and security-minded features. The Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Certification is a foundation level of networking for Cisco Routing and Switching.
