IT Productivity & Security Forum – Partner Spotlight

On October 19th, Broadview Networks brought together IT professionals, security experts, and technology vendors for a discussion around technology solutions. These solutions are designed from the ground up to modernize their workplaces and to protect them from external and internal threats.

With a focus on business continuity, the forum provides a productive venue to collaborate and share ideas around these concepts, as well as to showcase the latest and greatest from our trusted partners.

Present at the forum were industry-leading solutions providers such as Commvault, who provides a holistic, award-winning data management platform designed to protect, backup, archive, search, and replicate information mid- and enterprise-level organizations.

Fortinet, a strong Broadview Networks partner, also participated by educating attendees on their Advance Threat Protection solution, which incorporates all aspects of the network infrastructure, from firewalls to managed access points, and includes a suite of specialized software designed to analyze, manage, and secure all the traffic inside an environment.

Dell EMC hosted a discussion on The Modern Data Centre, in which technology designed to consolidate and simplify largescale deployments was discussed. With their $67 billion EMC acquisition in 2016, the largest tech acquisition in history, Dell EMC is a leader in compute, networking, and storage infrastructure solutions, and can support environments of virtually any scale.

Vulnerability assessment experts at the Digital Boundary Group discussed their strategies and solutions around determining weak points in a modern network environment and how to address them, including live environment penetration testing and training to help employees identify (and avoid being victims of) phishing attempts and other social engineering efforts.

To show us why optimizing your applications and meeting your enterprise network security and design needs is key to keeping your IP safe and providing a great user experience, our partner ACSI provided a demonstration of how they can help. If your organization is trying to figure out how to take advantage of the agility that cloud data centre design delivers, we can help. In conjunction with ACSI we help you assess your readiness, identify gaps, and build a plan to achieve your data centre maturity goals.

Finally, we discussed Microsoft advantages of cloud-based Azure and Office 365 solutions in their Improving Productivity session – demonstrating the value of always having the most up-to-date Microsoft applications, as well as the advantages of not requiring the supporting infrastructure to run them.

These are only some of the partners we have built strong relationships with, and with whom we are continually able to provide innovative solutions.  From managing aspects of their business to architecting datacentre solutions, Broadview Networks’ rich partner portfolio enables us to provide best-in-class service in all that we do.
