Identity & Access Management

Broadview Networks designs, implements and performs health reviews and reconfigures Active Directories on SMB to Enterprise networks.  Broadview Networks has extensive experience leveraging Active Directory to provide access to Microsoft server operating systems and applications. Broadview also has extensive experience integrating AD with a variety of third party applications and appliances.  Broadview has Windows 2003 Server, Windows 2008 Server and Active Directory Design certifications.

Desktop, Device and Server Management

• Desktop Management
  Desktop Management has been a primary focus of Broadview Networks from the beginning. We have utilized technologies and process and procedures to assist customers with all levels of desktop management. Today Broadview has certifications and experience with the System Center family of products and participates in the Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack (MDOP) and Desktop Deployment Planning Services (DDPS) programs to assist customer’s implementations of Windows 7 leveraging the latest desktop management products and methodologies.

  Broadview Networks has worked with all of the major virtualization products over the years and applies that experience to the Microsoft stack of virtualization solutions. Broadview Networks has implemented and consulted on implementation of Virtual Server 2005, and Hyper-V based virtualization environments. Broadview Networks is uniquely positioned with the certifications and experience to help customers leverage the latest of Microsoft cutting edge virtualization products.

  Broadview Networks has developed an extensive server management practise utilizing a blend of our custom process’s, custom applications and Microsoft products. Broadview has been implementing Microsoft systems management products for as long as Microsoft has been making them. Broadview has certifications and experience in the new Microsoft System Center family of products.
  
  
• Mobile Device Management
  Broadview Networks has implemented and supported every major mobile device platform, leveraging the capabilities of the latest versions of Microsoft Exchange Server and Microsoft System Center Mobile Device Manager to deploy and manage Windows Mobile.  

Data Protection and Recovery

Broadview Networks has experience with traditional backup technologies and the latest replication and recovery technologies such as DFS and VSS. Microsoft’s System Center Data Protection Manager is providing our customer with a complete Microsoft management and recovery solution. Broadview Networks has the necessary Storage and Systems Management certifications and experience to help customers implement a data recovery solution.

Security and Networking

Broadview Networks has worked with every major vendor’s antivirus product and has extensive experience with Microsoft’s Forefront series of security products. Broadview has utilized the Forefront product line to provide AV, Endpoint protection and remote access security solutions. Broadview Networks has leveraged the Microsoft security and management products to upgrade, augment or replace current solutions with a Microsoft solution.
